Striking design and great ambience combined with top level amenities, excellent food and friendly staff make the stay at this hotel an experience that I will always remember. Get ready to be spoiled when staying at this hotel! Part of the amenities also includes plenty of parking and a free shuttle service to the train station."

"Staff was wonderful! Room was very clean and the view from the balcony was awesome. Breakfast buffet was varied and always delicious including cooked to order omelets. The hotel is located in a very nice forest setting and is close to all main attractions and has a shuttle to and from the station. . Very quiet and restful. Our first visit and we will be sure to visit again!"

"Lovely modern design. We upgraded free of charge to a Japanese style room. Great recommendation for a local restaurant with a free glass of wine voucher. The staff were very friendly also."

"A must stay for anyone in Karuizawa! The room was plenty big enough for one or two people, staff were very helpful. I rented an e bike for 2500 yen for the day which was great to get around and do some sightseeing. The outside private onsen was a great way to end the day, I’d recommend booking in the morning to make sure you have your preferred spot."

"We enjoyed this hotel during a brief getaway during the summer to escape the Tokyo heat. The hotel is located in a very nice location in old Karuizawa (Kyo-Karuizawa), close to many nice restaurants and little shops, while also being very quite. Rooms are very large and modern, the hotel has its own hot spring (onsen), and high speed internet is free. Very friendly staff and a large and tasty breakfast buffer. We definitely plan to visit again."
