Didn’t really have a lot of info on the booking and when we checked in we were told there is no housekeeping or anything because it is a private owned place and they should have provided instructions for all of this on our reservation with Expedia, however it only says personal decorations, but nothing else that eludes to this.

Plumbing is a huge issue, first room no hot water and when finally moved to another room hot water didn't make it to the shower. Slow if any response at blackouts. Very nice hotel in Soroti, probably the best where we stayed in Uganda. Definitely our base when we come to visit wife's family. Great breakfast, very nice staff. Only slight issues was with water as I get now as a normal in Uganda
