"there were roaches everywhere big ones small ones and the office gave us roach traps it caught some of them but it never slowed down the roach quantity we were still going to stay there though because we needed a place for a lunch today but you wasn't even able to extend our stay I'm not going because they were renovating or whatever reason but it was pretty bad the staff was kind thou smdh at one point we even had brown water come out of the faucet in the tubs we had to rerun bath & water several times. whoever started staying the next room over from us for the last four nights they started blasting loud music thankfully it did not wake my babies "

"The bathroom was terrible. The shower drawn was producing brown looking terdlets. Low water pressure, peeling paint, Ac made loud noises, the breakfast terrible, sausage was under cooked and tasted bad. The bed was not comfortable. I think the hotel needs a complete renovation. We changed rooms three times before we found something suitable and then the bathroom was terrible. I will not stay at this property again."

"The staff was fine and the room was fine, but I was disappointed that there was no tub. The listing said Tub or shower, and I wasn't asked or told there was no tub in that room. I was too exhausted to ask for a different room. I also do not think you should be charging extra for parking. There is nowhere else to park but in the garage, and there is also nothing at all nearby to qualify for a need to protect the parking space from outsiders. Felt a bit like extortion to be told upon check-in that you have to pay for parking when there were about 10 cars total in the entire garage. Additionally, the fire alarm went off at 6:30 a.m. (not the hotel's fault!) because some fool was smoking in their room, but guests should have been offered a refund on the parking or a free breakfast (you also have to pay for breakfast!) for the nasty inconvenience of being woken up at 6:30 and having to vacate. Luckily, it hadn't started snowing out yet! The mini Starbucks in the lobby is nice and the hotel room was clean. Elevators and stairwells should be much better marked. The Stairwell simply says Exit and you cannot see the elevator sign from down the hall. All of this was vital info when trying to vacate the building during the fire alarm (and as I was sleepy, I momentarily forgot that you shouldn't use an elevator in case of a fire)."

"Hot tub wasn't working, gym had a broken treadmill, the drawers wouldnt stay closed in the dresser so i had ro put tissue in it and some stain running down the wall. The homeless walking around looking in ash trays. Think this might be my last stay here. Front desk people just seem oit of energy. "

"Our entire your day stay was wonderful. The gentleman who checked us in at a very late hour was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The attendee kept everything full and the coffee flowing. The room was spacious and welcoming and our bed was divine . Felt like sleeping on a cloud. We had a late flight home and asked about late checkout. The woman at the desk was professional and pleasant and accommodated our late checkout. This was a quality hotel and would recommend it highly. "

"We have stayed at this location before and had a great experience that is why we chose to stay again, but had the opposite experience. The room was clean, but no maid service was given for our 3 day stay. We requested clean towels twice. The first request was ignored and on the second we finally got towels delivered at 10 PM on our last night. We tried breakfast the first morning, it is a normal hotel breakfast, but only had one pitcher of milk which was gone very quickly and did not have any more. The room was clean, but the elevator needs a good cleaning."

"Room was very clean, no bugs and friendly staff. Jay was excellent and friendly and really made our experience a good one. She explained how to extend our stay and how to get the best rates. Kitchen is very helpful. Has a timer on the wall to prevent fires. And I never have a problem finding parking. "
