The included half-board meals were extensive and very good, and probably required given the relative lack of other options anywhere nearby in summer season. Feels like a private resort. "Exceptional property. Best equipped kitchen I have encountered yet. From an insertion blender to two toaster ovens to enough pots and pans to never run out and a huge refrigerator freezer. You even have a sake cup set. You will find everything you need here. All rooms have brand new (May 2024) ductless split type A/C units that work great. The house is spotless with an excellent floor plan. Large Toshiba TV (HDMI ports available) with Satellite and a Blu-Ray player. Internet is 40Mbps down, 50Mbps up with available LAN ports and 2G/5G Wireless. HE Washer and dryer in laundry room next to kitchen. All bedrooms are large with plenty of closet and drawer space. Very quiet location but near 7-11 and 20 minutes from Kutchan. Fujimi was an excellent host with great communication and response using “Line”. You need a car here, and the included van came in very handy. Pickup and return to Niseko station was very much appreciated. This is the best rental property in its class I have stayed at in over 40 years. I already booked another one month stay next year. Thanks Fujimi!"

"The owner “Yama sang” and staff are so polite and nice. Yama sang would drop you off at ski resorts and major hotels and attractions if you need a ride. Breakfast is included although the stay is very reasonable. Breakfasts were excellent. I had problems coming back home since I couldn’t make bus reservations. Yama sang called bus company for us and successfully made a bus reservation for us. Although google may say “temporarily closed”, they are open. Their restaurant business is closed from OUTSIDE customers while they are open for hotel business. I highly recommend this hotel. One thing to know Is the fact that bathrooms are shared by all 2nd floor customers. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Kamui as a couple. We rented the one bedroom apartment condo with kitchen, the room is very spacious and we were able to relax in the living room after snowboarding. The condo is 2-3 mins drive to Annupuri and 15-20 mins to Hirafu. Will definitely come back again in the future!"

"The rooms are very clean and the laundry is next level; there is a washer AND dryer as one unit in each room so you can put your things in overnight while you sleep and they are clean for the next day! If you want to cook there is a full on kitchen, dishes, stove and fridge in each room as well and Apple TV and good Wi-Fi - anything you could need really The staff really do go above and beyond. They picked us up from our airport shuttle drop off and they would take us to the mountain every day we needed! They are so accommodating Not only that, they actually let us store luggage after we checked out for the day until our next rental came up and they even dropped us with our luggage off at our next rental location. Seriously the best experience and service I’ve ever had from a stay facility. Very fair pricing- probably the best pricing in this town, and I think I will stay here each year now. Also if you like dogs they have a couple very sweet small dogs in the office. Please help this business thrive everyone; they are really the best. "
