共用場所が暗くて清潔感がない。 部屋の中も暗くて特にバスルームが古く不潔な感じがする(掃除はしてあるが)しかし部屋のチェンジをお願いすると快く(？)応じてもらえ好感が持てた。

無駄に広かったです。きっと現地へ赴任される人のための施設かと思います。ホテルなのに洗濯機のスペースがあったり何もない部屋がひと部屋あったりでホテルというよりも赴任者用のレジデンスだと思います。

Bel appartement mais très sale

Très bel appartement, l'accueil est agréable, la résidence n'est pas située prés des temples contrairement à ce qui est dit sur le site, par contre ce n'est pas propre, le carrelage de la salle de bains, les meubles, le canapé tout est très sale. L’appartement n'est pas entretenue, beaucoup de choses en mauvais état, même les échelles de la piscine sont en mauvais état.

部屋が広い割にはあまり快適でないのはナゼ？？階下のショッピングモールは怖くなるくらいに人がいなくてビックリ。地下にスーパーがあるので、何かあった時には便利。

Wi-Fi以外総じて満足

全体的にレート相応かと。従業員の方々は皆優しくタイのイメージ通り温かい雰囲気です。Wi-Fiが不安定でまともに使えなかった(結局バックアップとしてレンタルしてたルーターを使用)のと、朝晩問わずレストランがガラガラ(夜はほぼ自分一人)だったのが気になるところです。入口は判りづらい(昼間はモール内部奥のエレベーター使用、モール閉店後は細い脇道を奥に進み裏手の駐車場の奥から)のでご注意。

ホテル入口がわかりずらい

ホテルフロントは4Fです。荷物の多い方は駐車場4Fからが楽です。 1F駐車場からホテル入口が有りますが、4Fまでエレベーター使用1Fにはスーパーマーケット レストランのMK や焼肉店、KFCがあるのでこだわらない方や短期滞在であれば問題ないでしょうか。 部屋は8Fでカードキーですが、室内の照明はスイッチなので留守にしても、冷房等は稼働しています。 キッチンが有り食器等も揃い自炊可能です。トイレ・洗面所・バスは水圧は大丈夫でした。 シャワールームが別なので、嬉しい限りでした。アメニティグッズもそれなりに揃ってます。 私は歯ブラシ・シャンプー・は自前若しくは現調で揃えます。 ただしバスタオルとフェイスタオルボロボロでした。部屋は広く、リビングと寝室は別でした。

建物内にショッピングセンターとスーパーマッケトがある

ホテルでは快適に過ごせました。 ルームメークも親切で丁寧にしていただいていました。 ただ職員で日本語が話せる方がいなかったのが残念でした。 それと部屋にリビング用の小さなテーブルでもいいのであればよかったとおみます。 今回初めてアユタヤに行ったのですがアンポレジデンスに泊まってよかった。 次回もアンポレジデンスに泊まる予定です。

Hotel in shopping complex

Room was ok, good size but bed linen had rips in it , no English language TV channel, gym equipment needs updating / maintaining, Breakfast very bad and staff that dont seem to care

Dysfunctional hotel - Avoid!

Dysfunctional hotel with staff and manager who did not care. Rooms substantially more dated than they look on the web. Stayed two nights and half of the time there was no running water and you could not flush the toilet. Internet slow. Breakfast was quite good though. Tried to use the hotel phone half a dozen times to book another hotel as there was no running water. Did not get through, just got a mechanical voice message in Thai. No compensation offered for the inconveniences instead the staff had the nerve to charge me 780 THB for the phone calls at check out. (anyone familiar with Thai rates know what a scam this was and of course I refused as the reason for these calls was their responsibility) Overall my only bad hotel experience during a two month travel and probably my worst hotel experience ever. Avoid!

ショッピングモールに併設されている比較的新しいホテル

ホテルは比較的新しいが設備の状態が最悪。洗面台の水量が非常に少なく使い勝手が悪い。また、バスタブに給水する給湯温度が低く、とても温水とはいえない。水風呂に入ると同じである。 朝食は10時までopenしているが、9時を過ぎると料理が追加されないし、保温も切れている。

Right behind the Sky Shopping Centre

Nice pool and breakfast. The rooms are starting to show its age though. Needs a minor facelift to keep things great. Nice that it is connected to the back of a shopping mall.
