"Reeked of Marijuana from other tenants who were very loud. Very drafty and cold with only a window unit heater and a large gap under the door. Had to park in the front yard to get guaranteed in/out with other tenants The company charged an unauthorized charge on my credit card after I requested and declined a quote for a possible extension but DID refund the charge immediately and stayed in great communication with me, answering all emails promptly at all hours of the day."
