"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had trouble with the office chair and they switched it from another room. The manager came up to fix the chair that was not working properly with in an hour of the chair switch. Room was clean - property is showing it age and could use some updating. Not entirely a reason to bypass this property. Breakfast was the usual."

"Our room was gorgeous! We had a balcony room that looked over the Mississippi so we could watch the ships going up and down the river. And then the best part was that the bathroom had a jacuzzi in it that was made for 2. What a treat for my husband and myself! The beds were very comfy. We slept great! The food at the restaurant was delicious as well! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again! **FYI** The hotel is smoke free but the casino is not so you may want to take that into consideration. The elevator and common areas did smell like smoke because of this."

"It was absolutely awful!!!! I don’t recommend this to the homeless. The sheets were dirty, we had to go downstairs and get clean sheets and remake both beds, there were dead bugs in the tub, the owner told us that we had to turn on the hot water for 10 minutes before we could have hot water (he wasn’t lying), all you could smell was weed when you walked outside. Also the owner calls in our room and tells us not to throw sheets on the concrete, it wasn’t us!!! Just a nasty place to stay. This place was so bad, I booked for two nights. After my wedding was over, I packed my things and checked out. I went and found another place to stay."

"We were running late as we ran into lots of rain. We called the property and informed them that we were running late. They updated our file and reassured us that our room would be available on arrival. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. "
