"I arrived at 23.00 at the bus station snd got lost, even with a taxi couldnt find this place. But if you sat Serpes, its easier to find. The room is basic like a nun's room but i didnt mind it as it was comfortable and had a sink. I felt asleep pretty quickly as i was so tired so i must have felt relaxed enough to do so, even being next to reception. You do get your money's worth as breakfast is included - cereals, breads with cheese/ham, tomato, coffee. I love the building as it had...

"Check in was tough. Needed to have neighboring businesses call to get access (we didn’t have cell service). Listed office hours were not attended. We never saw an “office”. When we did find staff, he was friendly but ultimately didn’t help much. Beds not particularly comfortable. TV was missing from wall mount. "

"Well organised. Beautiful, old style Seville building with internal patio and high ceilings. Lovely room. Quiet and easy access to cathedral etc. As there was no full time reception instructions were given for initial access to hotel. This was well organised. The receptionist, when there, was great and very helpful. "

"This is your choice if you are after a budget stay. The staff who works at the reception speaks perfect English which makes checking in and out and making enquiries a lot easier. The hostel is also very close to the main tourist attractions. "

"Very well placed within easy walk to historic centre. Pleasant welcome from nice staff. Property has a lot of stairs. Good size room, comfy beds but pillows rock hard! Curtains needed attention as they were not completely attached to the rail. Nice bathroom. Air conditioner very old and not very efficient, took hours to cool the room to 20 deg. THERE IS NO WIFI in rooms & a very poor signal in reception. This should be amended on the description. This was value for money."

"Small and cozy hotel. Very clean building with pretty tiles. Room #15 was good for 3 night stay. Beds were comfortable and air conditioner worked well. This hotel offers luggage storage, if needed. I would stay here again in the future."

"Door knob in bathroom broken, poor lighting, no any real sun coming into the room. TV Remote broken, it was awful."

"The property was excellent. My only complaintc would be the difficulty checking in. The very friendly, helpful girl at the desk was not permitted to aid with the online checkin. I was having connectivity issues with wifi on my phone, so her not being permitted to help me made it stressful. Once the checkin was complete, all was good!"
