"Das Quartier ist für eine Nacht okay, mehr aber nicht. Wir hatten schwere Koffer und das Haus hat keinen Lift bei einer engen und steilen Stiege!! Dem Badezimmer würde eine ordentliche Reinigung und Entkalkung mal guttun. In der Nacht war uns kalt (Ende März), es zieht bei den Fenstern rein! Das Einchecken/Auschecken ist sehr auf Sicherheit bedacht, funktioniert aber gut. Besonderes Plus ist die Nähe zur Chuo-Bahnstation."

"Very poor communication. Was difficult to contact anyone. They do not respond through Expedia messages, and one of the 2 phone numbers on their website do not work. We only had 3 towels in the room for 4 people. After calling to ask for another we were told no, our 6 year old son was too young to get a towel. Apparently he doesn't need to bathe? There are only 2 plates in the kitchen, so we couldn't all eat there without buying disposable plates. So don't plan to use the kitchen, which kind...
