Das Rundum Paket mit toller Aussicht, Verpflegung, Sauna und ganz ordentlichen Zimmern ist toll. Manche Servicekräfte und auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und in der Küche sind sehr bemüht und motiviert. Andere jedoch machen einen eher demotivierten und unfreundlichen Eindruck (vor allem hinter der Bar). Es ist eine Sache der Ortssprache nicht mächtig zu sein, aber eine andere unfreundlich und inkompetent zu sein. Super war auch die Live Musik (Gletscherbeben)! Einfach furchtbar war allerdings die Schlagermusik und Apreski Musik Beschallung den ganzen Tag.

Bergwanderung für die ganze Familie

Die Rudolfshütte ist eine Mischung aus hotel, Hütte und jugendherberge. Der Ausgangspunkt ist ideal zum Bergwanderung jeglicher schwierigkeitsstufen, auch für Kleinkinder mit festem Schuhwerk geeignet. MIIT kinderwagen hat man allerdings null Chance weder im Hotel noch in der umgebung. Die Gastronomie war ok aber auch nicht herausragend. Das Personal teils freundlich. Manchen würde ein lächeln oder ein Hallo nicht schaden. Das Zimmer war sauber und absolut ausreichend. Der roomservice kam immer recht spät aber es war ordentlich geputzt. Wir hatten sogar ein babybett drin obwohl dies nicht bestellt wurde. Leider kann man das zimmer nicht komplett verdunkeln für evtl. Mittagschläfchen bei kleinkindern. Das Hallenbad war super, das Wasser perfekt warm. Am besten man geht um die Mittagszeit und nachmittags bis 16 uhr oder abends ab 19 uhr. Dann ist am wenigsten los. Der saunabereich ist für dieses hotel echt super geworden. Klasse Saunen mit Blick zu den bergen.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte mal in dem Hotel gewesen. Es war mal etwas anderes, aber durchaus auch zu empfehlen. Wettertechnisch muß man sich auf jedes Wetter einstellen.

Einfaches 3*- Hotel, aber super Lage

Ideal für Wanderer und Skifahrer. Zum Ende der Winter- Saison viele Tourengeher, die früh zeitig das Frühstücksbuffet leer essen. Leider wurde später auch nicht alles wieder aufgefüllt. Einfache Zimmer, tolle Saunalandschaft. Für ein paar Tage werden wir wieder hin fahren.

situated at the lake, great views, good hiking and climbing possibilities, lots to do inside the hotel during a rainy day, food average, our kids (9 and 7) enjoyed their stay (we stayed one week), room was small but sufficient for 4, guided hikes and activities for the kids and parents are offered during the week

Tolles Hotel aber leider zuwenig Pesonal

Es ist ein schönes Hotel sauber doch leider zu wenig Personal wir mussten lange warten bis wir bedient wurden beim Abendessen und leider noch länger bis wir unsere Getränke zum Abendessen bekamen zum Teil waren wir schon fertig mit essen und dann kam erst die Getränke. Außerdem mussten wir sehr lange warten bis wir endlich ins Zimmer konnten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich doch wie gesagt leider zu wenig für so viele Gäste. Im großen Ganzen hat es uns sehr schön dort gefallen

Komfort auf 2315m, den man nicht erwarten würde. Schöner Wellnessbereich mit Finnsauna, Biosauna, Dampfbad und Tepidarium mit Blick auf die Gletscher. Leider kein Ruheraum. Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Abendbuffet mit Gedränge in der Hauptsaison.
