"The access code to get in the building was not shared by the property and the process for self check in was not shared. We did not have a German number and did not have a way to reach the property management. After more than an hour of waiting outside the building, someone helped us call the property and that’s how we got in. Also, there’s no cleaning facility provided. The room was quite nice and spacious. It also had a good kitchen."

It is located close to a local restaurant/pub with a kid playground. It is 10min away from Roth and less than 20min from Challenge Roth Swim start. We simply could not have hope for a better stay! "The instructions were a little confusing on how to get to the apartment. Once there, we found we couldn’t control the temperature and we were a little cold through the night. The bathroom had no counter space, the pillows on the bed had cases that were much too large for them resulting in an uncomfortable bunched up pillow, the kettle had particles of calcium floating around in the leftover water from a previous person, and the coffee machine didn’t work properly. "Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, modern und sehr zentral gelegen (nur 15 Gehminuten bis zur Kaiserburg). Auch die Parkplätze vor Ort an der Straße waren gut beschildert und ausreichend vorhanden. Cons: Vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster standen Mülltonnen und der Geruch hiervon zog beim Lüften ins Zimmer. Ausbaufähig wäre noch die Küche. Hier wäre ein Herd mit Backofen wünschenswert. Doch hier ist der Vermieter bereits dran dies nachzurüsten. Somit top!! 😀"

"Was an amazing place. Very clean and comfortable. Had an issue with getting in via the key pad but called Sebastian and he had someone there in less than 5 minutes. Was very easy to get to the center with the Ubahn. We loved the place. Famiyof 4. Shared space but was extremely nice. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again. "
