"Checking in was a breeze and very helpful and cheery staff when arriving. Minor issue with the room when arrived, however it was sorted by the desk staff and a happy resolution was found. Accomodation wise after that was spot on. Really have to say the staff members we dealt with were exceptionally good and a credit to the hotel. "
