We liked the location because it was close to where our relatives were staying at the river. It was quiet and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful.

The bed was too hard for us. I was told they are about to start renovations. Maybe the beds will be softer in the near future. But, the breakfast was very good. 24 hr fresh bean coffee machines. Pool hours 10-10. Very friendly staff. Easy booking. Close to stores and restaurants, and the rivers. Very clean facility.

It was good. I paid for a single and received a double bed so that was nice. One of the beds was worn down from previous occupents but the other was in good condition. There were a few black bugs i found in the bathroom the next morning on the floor. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, but, could use alittle updating. Room smelled alittle stuffy, but was not too bad. All the staff was very friendly and professional. Had an excellent hot breakfast. Large variety to choose from and was hot n fresh, really liked having the option for chocolate milk and one button pancake maker. Would definitely stay here again

Booked and paid for a double bed in advance. Showed up 30 mins before check in to find out the over booked and gave my room away. Lady at the desk said there was nothing they could do. I will never use expedia to book with holiday inn or stay at a holiday inn again. Worst customer service ive ever had at a hotel.

Phenomenal staff and a very nice hotel

We traveled to Uvalde for the eclipse. I had 15 rooms for friends and family. I spent 6 nights there and everyone else spent 5 nights. The staff was amazing! The front desk staff, the people cleaning the rooms, and the woman that took care of breakfast. All incredible! Holiday Inn corporate needs to study this location and use it as the model for all!
