"We had a lovely week in Chalet Mon Sousou. Every morning we took the bus to the ski gondel, very convenient in front of the chalet. It is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood surrounded by neighbouring houses. Although the chalet has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and fully equipped, with 7 adults the house is a bit tight, but still cosy. "The hotel's location is great; there are nearby restaurants, and the village center is very close—it's a small village. There is parking available, which is free at night and paid during the day at a reasonable rate. The girl at the reception during the evening shift was very kind. When we first arrived, we found that the room's AC wasn't working well, but she changed our room and was very helpful and pleasant. The beds are comfortable, and the room and bathroom are excellent. My only observation is that, since I had read previous reviews where most guests complained about the air conditioning, I checked it upon arrival and found it wasn't working. We were moved to a room where the AC was functioning, but it wasn't cooling very strongly. Given that the temperatures were 27°C during the day and 22°C at night, I expected much better performance. I expect that if there were a stronger heatwave, the AC would be ineffective. Since the hotel is otherwise lovely, it would be great if they could pay more attention to the air conditioning system."
