"The room was clean, and the location was excellent—right in North York, with easy access to restaurants and the subway. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and paid for it at the time. However, during checkout, I was asked to pay for breakfast again. When I explained that I had already paid, I was initially told that I would need to pay and that they would refund the charge later after confirming with the restaurant staff. I did not feel comfortable paying twice, so I insisted that they verify the payment first. They eventually contacted the staff member who had served us, and she confirmed that the breakfast had already been paid for. Although the issue was ultimately resolved, the process took a considerable amount of time and caused unnecessary inconvenience due to poor communication between the hotel and restaurant staff."

"Quiet, no frills, comfy beds, yes, this is a dorm room, and yes, you get 2 rooms for 2 beds. Perfect for a family of 3 or 4. Big fridge! No ice machine but perfect in every other way!"
