"Hospitality at the front desk was really lacking. I had to pull my own luggage while the hotel staff walked me to my room. There was no description of amenities so I had to figure out what was what during my stay. I must have been there during a low occupancy period because there just weren’t that many guests. They got my food order wrong twice over a 2 day stay. Overall decent and safe place to stay but the front desk staff need training."
