Dream location on the outskirts with large pool and garden, very quiet.

The 70m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a traditional ‘mas' and is fully air conditioned. Equipped with a large living and dining area it offers room for 5 people. The open kitchen has a dishwasher (Bosch), induction hob, oven (Siemens), Nespresso coffee machine, fridge / freezer (Liebherr), microwave (Samsung) and washing machine (Beko), toaster and kettle. Cleaning products are provided.

The bathroom is equipped with Italian shower, electric towel-dryer, toilet. One bedroom with king size bed (180X200) and separate toilet is also located on the ground floor. One (children's) bedroom with 2 single beds (90X200). The living area has a small office area with wireless Internet access and a pullout couch, plus a flat-screen TV (LG) with satellite channels and DVD.

The apartment is located on a 1 acre resort with a beautiful garden and an olive trees park, with depending on the season olives, figs, pomegranates, apricots and grapes, and underground remains of the Roman aqueduct of the Pont du Gard. Adjacent to the property is the HARIBO museum.

The city centre can be reached in about 5 minutes.

In 2015 the region has been internationnally distinguished by UNESCO as a 'world biosphere reserve' (les Gorges du Gardon, Uzès and Nîmes, 9th June 2015).

Location an A+ BUT do not recommend the Cabin
My family and I recently stayed at this property the cabin that we rented advertised on Vrbo was not what we got, instead we got a cabin with a detach stairs that someone can easily got hurt, the owner said it was an upgrade when we got there but obviously he decided to rent our original cabin to someone else and give this one to us. The kitchen was detached from the house and it was not fully equipped for cooking and it’s simple condiments, at least sugar, salt oil just simple things. The location is pretty and we stayed because we were out exploring near by towns everyday, But if you want to travel with kids or small children o don’t recommend this cabin at all. Or at least check with the owners and make sure the cabin that is advertised is what is available.

Very well set-up, attractive apartment
We greatly enjoyed our stay in Uzès. The apartment was well equipped, right down to the pods for the Nespresso machine! Another time, I'd like to try one of the other two apartments with terraces facing the orchard or pool, but even though ours overlooked the parking lot, we ate all our meals outside. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Man wohnte n einer ruhigen Straße und war mit Fahrrad, zu Fuß oder dem Auto schnell am Ziel. Es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, gute Fahrradwege und man ist schnell auf den Straßen. Abends saß man in einer Wohnstraße, wir haben es sehr genossen.

We had a great stay. Nicolas is a very nice and helpful. The house and swimming pool were great, Carrefour , bakkery and restaurants are on walking distance. Even to Uzes centre you can walk.

Sommerferien in Uzés
Wir genossen eine sehr ruhige und erholsame Zeit bei Nicolas. Die Wohnung ist einfach, bietet aber alles was man für die Ferien braucht. Der Dampfabzug hat leider nicht funktioniert, was beim kochen etwas mühsam war aber weiter nicht tragisch. Die Poolanlage ist super auch mit Kindern.

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, die Lage ist sehr ansprechend und idyllisch. Die Betten sind bequem, die AC war angenehm leise. Das SZ konnte sehr gut abgedunkelt werden. Die Küchenausstattung ist zweckmäßig, die Pfannen müssten erneuert werden. Der Poolbereich ist gepflegt, die Liegen ordentlich und stabil. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit gut zu erreichen. Uzes ist mit dem E-Bike in ca. 12 min. zu erreichen, zurück ist man in nur 7min, nach einer schönen bergab Fahrt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, auch ein sehr guter, höherpreisiger Frischemarkt. Alles ist zu empfehlen.

Un séjour de détente au milieu de la nature
Le gîte est propre, très bien aménagé et équipé. Vous pourrez vous détendre ou vous promener dans le grand jardin parsemé d'Olivier sous le chant du rossignol. Le village est très calme.
