Well-equipped kitchen open to large living room, living room with sofa, armchairs and fireplace.
Sheltered terrace with table for taking meals outside, several sun loungers overlooking the swimming pool, 2 parasols. Charcoal barbecue.
1 bedroom with a large 140 bed
2 bedrooms with 2 beds in 80
Baby cot
1 Bathroom: 2 sinks, 1 bath with shower, 1WC.
1 separate WC
Kitchen equipped with hob and electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine etc.
Children's high chair, 2 bikes, boules, board games, TV, radio, players, CD and DVD, Adsl, WIFI.
Central heating on the soil and chimney in winter period.
Swimming pool 9m x 4.50m, depth from 1m to 1.70m. Secured by electric roller shutter.
Parking for 2 cars inside the property.
