"The hotel is great and very well located in the center of Vaasa. We booked a family room and it surprised us in a positive way. It was better than in the pictures and had two separate rooms as well as two bathrooms, which made our stay way more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered many options to choose from. I would totally recommend."

They are friendly, helpful and so accommodating. Location is waterfront, serene and quiet -particularly compared to hotels located within city center/square. Breakfast was very good. "The original room which we were allocated was not serviced on our arrival. Beds were not made and toilet not cleaned. We were re allocated to two rooms which meant our party had to split. One room had a window wide opened which could not be closed. The other room had three windows all locked which could not be opened, and it was very hot. Although we were given unique access code to the building, it was a shared block with other residents on different floors. Someone tailgated us into the...
