"The hotel was located outside of the main tourist area but was a very easy walk from it. The apartment living space was large but the kitchen was small if one had the intention to actually cook in it. However for coffee, use of a refrigerator and a light breakfast, it was fine. I appreciated the washer at this point on our trip and it worked well. Parking was about a 10 minute walk away on mostly flat ground. The Pri Mari restaurant next door was very good. "

"This property is really good value for money in Rovinj which is becoming a pretty pricy destination. The owners are really quick to respond. We had one minor issue after checking in, and they responded within 30 minutes of us arriving to the property by sending extra items that we needed. One note to people reading other reviews. We were aware of the cafe across the street that is working late. Yes, you can hear the noise from the cafe late into the night, but every day we were so tired that we...

"We had a lovely stay in the apartment; however, the building itself is not in great shape. The Lighting makes it difficult to navigate in the evening as the light will only stay on for 60 seconds which is not quite enough to make it up four flights of stairs. The fifth floor apartment is incredibly warm and does not have access to a bathroom."

"Great location and beautiful apartment. Eni the on-site manager was great to deal with. Listing could use a microwave but it had all else needed. Unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator/ lift. Unit did have a washing machine that I do not remember being on the listing. We stayed 5 nights and there was only one roll of toilet paper supplied and two towels."

"We stayed for 1 week in August. The location of the apartment is perfect. We took bikes with us, so we could comfortable explore Rovinj and the beaches. From the balcony the sunset is breath taking. "

"Very small room and very small bathroom which is probably typical in rovinj given the age of the buildings. Great location near everything. Kitchenette came in handy to make breakfast. Host was great. Noisy at night unless you close windows and turn on the fan."

"We had a 1bedroom premium apartment and it was lovely and close to the beach and pool, which was exactly what we wanted. There’s a small grocery store on site with reasonable prices. The restaurants are really not very good, though, so if you are looking for dinner, you really should leave the property!"
