Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Located only a short walk from the ferrys to the islands.breakfast was out of thos world.Fantastic choices everyday with spectacular service.This is the Hotel to choose if you are going to visit Lake Maggiore. "

"This hotel was so excellent..shuttle service to and from Malpensa Airport...breakfast had many choices and everything was very tasty and fresh.The staff was extremely helpful and even printed our boarding passes for us. Our room was ample and nice and quiet with very comfortable beds.Two wonderful restaurants are down the block within a 5 minute walk.If you need a hotel near the Malpensa airport this is the one to choose."

"The hotel is very old but nicely updated. They offer a free shuttle to the airport. The rooms are a nice size and bathrooms are spacious. Not too many amenities but you don’t need them if you are just spending the night before flying out. We walked to the bakery, pub and gelato (which is right down the alley). We also had a very good dinner in the hotel restaurant. The check in clerk was super nice and very helpful."

"Close to the airport, clean room at good price, very quiet, arranged bus to airport, just as I needed for an early flight."

"Very close to the airport and plenty of parking. Room was tidied up daily. We were given the room on the ground floor and there were days especially in the morning when there were lots of noises like banging doors and trolleys passing by. Breakfast is fine. Maybe time to get a new bread toaster too as you need to hold the lever to toast it as it is broken😬. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay and staff were very nice, helpfl and accomodating."
