Dinner and breakfast were included in the boarding price which was very convenient for our family of 5 and both were absolutely delicious — fresh, local, and beautifully presented. The pool with a stunning view was a relaxing bonus. The location is ideal, just a short drive from Rome and Florence. Peaceful, luxurious, and welcoming — we can’t wait to return"

"It was kinda in the middle of the boonies. But has amazing views. Staff has a hard time speaking english but we found a way to understand each other. Overall had a lovely experience. Make sure you make transportation plans in advance it is impossible to find a taxi and buses will not get you to this location. "

"This is a beautiful property. The buildings and surrounding countryside. The outdoor amenities are terrific with a large pool and a jetted smaller pool (cold water). The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was small and utilitarian and the bed was too hard for our liking. We are dinner and breakfast there and both meals were good (especially the cooked breakfast). The only downside of the property is that it is aging and in need of updating and maintenance. We still enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as a relaxing away from the crowd getaway. "
