"The property is in a fantastic location with stunning panoramic views across Italian riviera and surrounded by wonderful gardens. The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet and well equipped . The reception staff are attentive and always there to assist. Service in the dining room is somewhat haphazard and unco-ordinated however and not up to the usual Relais & Chateaux and Michelin standard in my opinion. Breakfast in particular seems to be a particular difficulty. The breakfast buffet looks great...

"Wir waren Anfang August für 14 Tage in Varazze und es war wirklich toll! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, so liebevoll und toll eingerichtet und der Pool ist einfach ein Traum!! Daniela und Roberto sind sehr angenehme, gastfreundliche und zugleich zurückhaltende Vermieter. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt und die Wohnung war toll gerichtet und sehr sauber. Es gibt viel in der Umgebung zu unternehmen und zu entdecken, sowie Strände aller Art. Mitte August war es natürlich recht voll und trubelig…...

"Das Objekt liegt, wie vorher geschildert abseits der Altstatt im Süden von Vado Ligure. Die Umgebung war eher unspektakulär, und eher industriell geprägt. Da wir mit Hund verreist sind, war ausschlaggebend, dass ein abgeschlossener Garten vorhanden war, so dass man den Hund auch mal unbeaufsichtigt draußen lassen konnte. Der auf dem Foto im Inserat zu sehenden Rasen / Wiese war nicht vorbereitet und 45 cm hoch bewachsen. Eine Rückmeldung bei der Agentur brachte keine Verbesserung. Insgesamt war...

"Schönes altes Gebäude mit schöner Innenarchitektur, oben auf dem Berg. Betten defekt und laut, Matratzen alt und furchtbar, Fenster gehen nicht zu und Griffe fallen ab. Kühlschrank in gemauertem Kasten neben Ofen im selbigen Kasten, überhitzt und funktioniert nicht gut. Bettwäsche für 10€ p. P. , Kurtaxe ohne Beleg p. P., dann noch 150€ für Endreinigung, machte beim Einzug sofort 360€ (Rummss!) plus Miete 2400€ für 12 Tage. Frau, welche Haus betreut nicht erreichbar als Strom und Wasser weg war....
