This is an unexpected gem. Friendly helpful staff and good rooms with all the needed facilities for a business or leisure trip. The hotel lacks overall facilities, like lounges and other resident spaces but is clean and safe and near shops.

Disaster hotel to stay

Disappointed, terrible decision to select this hotel. The room had water leak continuously around toilet bowl so it was difficult to use toilet. No hot water in bathroom either in sink or shower. Room was not cleaned. Dust was around main door and every corner. Sink faucet was broken. Not enough bath towels and none hand towels. Next day we end up changing room which was little better. Based on our experience we made a decision not to stay at Best Western any where in the world. It’s shameful that American branded hotel has this kind of condition.

Rooms were a little bit stinky. Bathroom exhaust was not working for our entire stay. At first AC was not working but they fixed it. All the lights were not working. Overall stay was ok but not satisfactory.
