Very helpful staff and a pleasant two day stay, slept in on the first night, tired after a long drive. Had a concert to go to in Hamburg so staye the second night and drove up to Copenhagen the following day! Perfect…"

"I’ve been in many 5 star hotel and unfortunately this is not one of them. It does look’s luxurious from the outside and around of property especially the garden area are fabulous. The inside rooms interior is outdated and I would rate as the 3+star ranking hotel. The pillows were terrible along with the mattress. Be aware that spa is optional at additional cost. "
