Trappen til kælderen var meget stejl og bestemt ikke egnet til folk der er knæopereret.
Det badeværelse der er i stueplan delte vi med et andet værelse. Der var tis på br ættet, brættet sad kun fast i den ene side og kun 1 lille håndklæde, der var smurt ind i tandpasta eller lign.
Der var kun en meget tyndt gardin, der bestemt ikke kunne lukke dagslys ude."

The lodging was fine. But we had a situation upon arrival that was a bit uncomfortable as no one was available to receive us. Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....

We liked the location, amazing breakfast, lobby, facilities yet to improve 1) restaurant for lunch / dinner as super limited options and not much to choose from 2) don’t charge for early check in, they charge extra if you want even come an hour before

Great overall experience. Location was nice, central to Copenhagen and many southern vacation activities to do and see. We stayed 2 days there so as not to pay the higher prices in the big city and it was an easy liesurely drive to the airport the next day. However, the flight was an international flight at 1500 the next day so you might want something closer for earlier flights. We got spoiled in Sweden having stayed where the breakfast is free. The breakfast offered was modest, comparatively...
