"The hotel was very clean, the staff was wonderful and it is perfectly situated between Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor to make it super easy for us to walk to all of the activities we had planned. My only feedback is the time it took to purchase things at the market. Even if you’re not getting coffee, you have to wait behind everyone who is ordering and getting their coffee. Took us 20 minutes of waiting to purchase two milks."

They were incredibly attentive, professional, and anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. It is rare to encounter someone with such genuine warmth and dedication to hospitality.Their exceptional care completely elevated my stay and transformed a good trip into an unforgettable one. It’s the people who make a place special, and she is an absolute asset to this hotel team.
