"Monica was such a great host! I wish I could give a 6-star rating if there was one. Her whole family waited late and greeted us on a cold rainy night. Our car had some scratches and I asked them what store in Italy we could buy stuff to rub off the scratches before we return the car the next day. "A wonderful place to relax in Tuscany. Luca, Pisa and Florence are within easy reachable as well as nature away from the tourist attractions. The flat in the stone house is very pleasant, especially on very hot days. Everything you need is available. The house has a beautiful terrace with plenty of space. "This was a beautiful apartment. The sheets on one of the beds had holes throughout it which was appalling to me but they rectified it the next morning with new sheets. The place requires you to get rid of garbage and recycling which is extensive and that is a pain in the neck. Otherwise this place was lovely. Great view of the marina. A good 15-20 minute walk to the middle of the promenade."
