We got in super late so we did not realize that you needed to tell them if you wanted breakfast by 6:30am because they make only what they expect the number of guests to eat for the cute little buffet. We walked down for breakfast hoping they could tell us where we could eat since we missed the cutoff, but instead they found a way to accommodate us for breakfast. "Extremely overpriced and underwhelming. The photos are misleading in that it appears to be a small boutique accommodation, but in fact a pension where you are staying in someone's home. Our room did not look like the photos, and seemed to be a storage room with random items (old mattress, car seat, etc) scattered about. We could hear the family having dinner from our room through the connecting door to our room. The proximity to the airport was the best feature."

"I really wanted to give this place high reviews, but unfortunately the great pluses this property has (amazing location right on the water and views) are negated by an overzelous and controling owner. Prepared to be scolded, warned and admonished for many things a paying costumer would not in other stablishments. I.e. do not take the kayak out in the beautiful bay because it could be damaged by the coral..are u serious? Why have a kayak on the property if it cant be used. Or, dont leave the AC...

"The room was clean, but had many many bugs. Which I did not mind much due to the location on the hotel being more in the forest. The area where the kitchenette is and for outdoor relaxing is covered in dog poop. I found this to be unsanitary."

"Lovely, helpful staff see you to this ocean side bungalow with kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and great deck where you can sit and enjoy the sight of the reef. Snorkelling right from your private beach yields coral and tropical fish from the shore. A couple of downsides: there are no staples like sugar, coffee, salt, etc in the kitchen; there is no comfortable chair so you either sit on the bed or you are upright at the table; the reception is only there for assistance for an hour or so...

"Absolutely amazing place to stay. This was our second visit and it was just as good as we remembered. Love it because it is not a big name chain that you find in the US or Europe ... it has a local feel with local welcoming staff who are fantastic. Can't wait to go back."

"We love our stay here. It’s honestly the perfect place to stay in Moorea. The staff were so helpful and lovely. Also, it’s amazing that you can wake up and just jump to do some snorkeling. It was the best snorkeling in the entire island. We saw 3 big turtles, an octopus and so many pretty fish plus the water is so calm. Their pina colada’s were also amazing. We highly recommend this place."
