Extremely easy to get to Papeete and do an east coast drive. Area felt very safe, but it’s a bit of a hike to Papeete, so I’d suggest a rental vehicle. "

"Very pleased with the apartment. It has been updated to a very comfortable standard. Very clean and neat. The area around the apartment is industrial and a little intimidating but safe for walking. It is a bit hard to find. It is across the Street from the ferry terminal and behind the building with the word “SNACK” written in red out front. The hosts are very nice and very accommodating."
