The Space:
Step inside and you’re greeted by an open floor plan with soaring vaulted ceilings, creating a spacious and inviting environment ideal for gathering together. The living room invites relaxation with two couches, an armchair, a smart TV, and the warmth of an indoor fireplace. The kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and counter seating for three, provides plenty of room to whip up home-cooked meals, while the dining area—wrapped in windows—seats six with a view. For casual moments, a highboy pub-style game table with seating for four sits beside a bar area, perfect for sharing drinks or playing cards.

The fun continues in the game room, where a smart TV, board games, and an oversized couch set the stage for cozy movie nights by the fire. A wet bar with a mini refrigerator and microwave adds convenience, making this the ultimate hangout space. This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 5 private bedrooms. The home is a split level home, with the entrance/foyer on ground level. The main living floor is a 1/2 flight of steps up to the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, powder room and primary bedroom with en-suite. The lower level is a 1/2 flight of steps down to a rec room. Three bedrooms on the lower level share a full bathroom, and a fourth queen bedroom has an en-suite. The hot tub is accessed from the lower level.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #5 includes a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds, a twin size bed, and a twin size bundle.

This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.
