THE SPACE
The open floor plan, high ceilings, fireplace and flat screen TV make the living area a great place to relax after an adventurous day of exploring the Vail Valley. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal and the dining table seats 4. In warmer months enjoy a glass of wine or a meal on the deck with spectacular mountain views.
The bedroom is furnished with a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping accomodations. The recently remodeled bathroom is contemporary and bright.

Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 14 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). This home does NOT have air conditioning although there are fans for your comfort. This home stays fairly cool in the summer due to the higher elevation.
The coin operated washer and dryer are located in a shared facility on the property.
Firewood is NOT provided so please bring your own if you plan to use the fireplace. Firewood is sold at the nearby grocery store that is within walking distance.
Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found in the Additional Rules section on the checkout page.
