counter-tops, Wolf stainless steel appliances, and large island that seats four. The open dining area is suited for 10 at a majestic dining room table, plus another table for four, make this ski retreat ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing with

The flexible sleeping arrangements can accommodate 2-3 families of up to 12 people, 4-5 couples, or 8 people in separate beds. The Master bedroom has a King bed and
private bathroom with natural stone appointments. The Second bedroom has a Split King that can separate into two twins. The attached bathroom opens to both the bedroom and the family room. The Third bedroom has Queen bed and private bath. The Fourth
bedroom has two Captain bunk beds with a twin bed on top and double bed on the bottom. There is a private bathroom off this bedroom as well as a gaming system for the kids.
Additional conveniences in the unit include a washer/dryer off the kitchen, a large gathering room that could accommodate 18 people for meals, daily maid service in the winter, and a balcony overlooking the pool, Lionshead village, and Vail Mountain.
An elevator outside the unit takes you from the 5th floor vantage point to available ski lockers on the ground floor. Then step out to the pedestrian mall and it’s a short 100 yard walk to the Eagle Bahn gondola.
The Landmark building has a luxurious feel and several additional amenities. There is underground garage parking, a heated outdoor pool, 3 hot tubs, a fire pit, and a Life Fitness Center. The concierge service can book you reservations to dinner, one
of the nearby spas, or countless Colorado adventures.
Outside, Lionshead village has many restaurants, bars, and spots to enjoy après ski. A stone’s throw from the building is the new ice skating rink that marks the center of the village. If you prefer to go into Vail Village you can take a
15 minute scenic walk or take the free local shuttle that runs regularly. There you’ll find many additional restaurants and shops.
