The main entrance level includes a full kitchen, half bathroom, a deck area and a one car garage. The kitchen area has a dining table for 6 as well as a countertop with 4 bar stools and easy access to the patio which features a gas grill.
Up from the main floor you will find it easy to unwind in the expansive vaulted ceiling family room complete with large sectional sofa, brand new gas fireplace, smart tv and adjacent deck with dining table and 7 person hot tub.
From the family room go up 8 stairs and you will find the master bedroom, featuring a king bed, tv, walk in closest, en suite full bathroom and private balcony! The additional upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, en suite full bathroom, closet and smart tv.
The downstairs bedroom (down from the main floor) features a king or two twins (you choose!), plenty of windows, a large smart tv, a walk in closet an adjacent full bathroom.
Laundry room, complete with brand a brand new Samsung washer and dryer are on the lower level.
Two additional mattresses are available to accommodate 8 guests. Please notify us before hand if you will need the mattresses made up.

Hot tub is heated and cleaned year round.
One well behaved dog and/or one well behaved cat are allowed in the property.
This rental has 8 steps between each of the four floors.
Parking notes: Parking is for 2 vehicles, one in the garage and one in front of the garage.
You must be 21 or over to rent our home.
All towels and linens are provided.
Kitchen is fully equipped.
Keurig coffee machine.
Wifi login is posted inside the home.
Smart tv's in each bedroom as well as the family room to login to your own netflix etc accounts..
