Summary: -Recently renovated with stylish designer decor. -Perfect for you and your family, with all the comforts you could ask for! -Conveniently located on the Vail free bus route, with a stop right in front of the apartment—offering easy access to the pedestrian bridge and Vail Village. -A short walk across the pedestrian bridge takes you directly to the heart of Lionshead. -Walking distance (900 meters/half a mile) to the Lionshead gondola, lifts, restaurants, and shops. -Situated on the second floor, accessible via stairs. (We don't have elevator) -Enjoy the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace inside the apartment. -Optional ski locker near the gondola (additional cost, subject to availability).
The Space: -Walking Distance to Lionshead Gondola: The gondola is just a short 900-meter (½ mile) walk away. -No Car Needed: The Vail free bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the apartment, providing easy access to the pedestrian bridge (leading to Lionshead) and Vail Village. -Seasonal Convenience: In the summer, you can park your bikes in the lot outside the building, and in the winter, ski rentals and storage are available near the gondola shops. -Close to Everything: The apartment is near Lionshead shops, excellent restaurants, and two convenience stores stocked with essentials like food, toiletries, laundry supplies, over-the-counter medicines, and more. -Easy Access to Vail Village: Cross the pedestrian bridge to reach another free bus stop that takes you to Vail Village, the downtown area filled with dining and shopping options. -Ideal for Families or Couples: Perfect for two couples or a family of five or six. -Second-Floor Apartment: The unit is located on the second floor, accessible via stairs right next to the designated parking spot. Let us know your preferred days. Weekly Cleaning Policy: For stays longer than 7 days, our cleaning team will perform a mandatory cleaning service, which will incur an extra charge. -Ski Season Locker: During ski season, we offer a locker at Lionshead for an additional fee, capable of storing 3-4 pairs of skis, as well as overnight storage for 2 pairs of boots with drying service. Availability is limited, so please inquire after booking. -In-Unit Laundry: A washer and dryer are available inside the apartment for your convenience. -First-Floor Apartment: The unit is located on the first floor (not at street level) and is accessible via stairs near the parking spot. Good location, easy access. Overall good pleasant stay. Yhe unit is a little outdated and worn down, but was as the listing showed and worth the price. Would stay again.
This place was pretty nice. Walk to Lionsheads was only .7 mile, and if you'd rather not walk a bus runs hourly from a stop across the street to the transportation center in Vail Village. The stairs to the second bedroom upstairs are a bit steep and narrow, so someone with any physical limitations might have a problem. Basically we enjoyed are stay here and would recommend it in the future.
This space fit our needs for a few days during a summer stay. Walking distance to Vail Village and dated but clean and functioning amenities and appliances. We would stay here again.
