The slopes are easily accessible, the doors of the hotel lead right into the town. The staff was lovely, the concierge went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but perfect. I am glad we chose the Sebastian for our trip!

I didn't actually get to stay here. The hot water heater was broken and they placed us in a different hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. If I ever go back to Vail, I will try to stay at the Sebastian again.

The coffee service in lobby was spotty - and when no coffee, the front desk did not seem to care much - so did not taken care of - said to go out local coffee shop. This is a fabulous property. The rooms are big and clean. The hotel amenities were great, the fitness center and hot tub are is amazing. We utilized Base Camp which was wonderful as well.

It’s a beautiful, quiet and clean hotel. The entire staff is friendly, happy and helpful. The concierges, Mark and Steve, are exceptional. They were helpful before our arrival and enjoyable and informative during our stay… very nice to see people enjoy their jobs. Umbrellas were available during those rainy moments…greatly appreciated.
