"We asked for a quiet room and even though the hotel didn't reply, we were put in very quiet room. The only thing I would change would be to have a mattress protector under the sheet and a bigger top sheet and blanket as it was a bit small. The room was immaculate. "

"Beautiful luxury resort in exclusive Elounda Bay area. My family and I enjoyed the 5-star service and quiet serene location. Our private family villa was pristine, with private pool and amazing views. The resort pools were beautiful as well. Breakfast and on-site dining options were very good. The only room for improvement would be the hotel beach and club. "Extremely clean, well appointed, and spacious with private pool. Had a couple electrical issues (washing machine flipping circuit breaker)... electrician was promptly sent, so issue solved. The hostess is lovely. The mattress was a bit too hard for our tastes. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. "
