"The hotel is in a great location, elevator and ac were super. Our room only got cleaned once that week which was not great. Bedding was not changed at all I don't think. Our shower drain let in the smell of sewers which was gross and made the whole room damp. Staff were helpful. Building clean and well maintained."

"Excellent location, in secure area, 5 minutes walk from Pigalle Metro Line 2 or 20 minutes from St-Lazare. The room was sufficient for a few days stay, quiet and efficient air conditioning, comfy bed but pillows were quite small. Good shower, water was always hot. Tea and coffee in room were replenished daily, but we had no spoons or stirrers. Safe and fridge in room, filtered water provided daily. Our room was small but met our purpose although some parts could do with some maintenance such as a few broken floor boards and loose plug socket. It was however clean, including the bathroom. We knew the room had no AC but there were 2 good fans in the room and both windows opened fully. It was a nice touch to be able to get a free coffee, tea or juice at anytime. "Room was older, outdated & basic but clean, with great AC, basic breakfast included and in good location. You can definitely hear the people in the rooms next to ours. We stayed overnight since we had a layover in Paris, but if we were to stay longer, we would have spent more money on something more luxurious and bigger."

"The rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful. The location can’t be beat - right on Rue Cler which is full of cafe’s and markets. We stayed 2 nights and our first room was lovely. We had to switch rooms for the second night (we booked them separately so had to switch) and the second room we stayed in was extremely tiny - so small it was difficult to move in with 2 people, 2 carryon suitcases and 2 backpacks. Otherwise, it was perfect!"
