Glorious, private hideaway
This property is just lovely. Sophie was easy to deal with in spite of the language barrier (my French needs work!). Fabulous views, quiet, comfortable and perfectly situated above the town and not in it, yet very close, a short walk to lots of amenities. Just a couple of things that might improve it - a) Better, more supportive pillows on the bed. b) Some guidance with regard to the rubbish regime (very different to the UK. c) There was no dish cloth, nor tea towel (we had to buy both). d) Feeding the resident cat is fine (we're animal people) but I think some warning should be on details. Overall, though, this is a very special place and we enjoyed a fabulous week at Vaison. Definitely one to return to.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. La maison avec son terrain étonnamment grand était magnifique et l'emplacement de la maison juste à l'extérieur de la ville est parfait pour faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Peut-être important pour les personnes allergiques : nous avons dû faire face à beaucoup de taons sur la terrasse à cette période de l'année. La communication avec Sophie était super ! Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Vaison et nous serions ravis de revenir !

The perfect summer house
The house is beautifully situated on the slopes outside the town with a view of the old castle and the valley. The house is quiet and peaceful yet only 10 minutes walk from the town and restaurants. The terrace and pool are shielded from public view by trees and mountains, allowing complete peace and privacy. The house is well equipped with everything needed for a stay of several weeks. We used the house as a couple and had a perfect stay.

Traumlage, tolles Grundstück
Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Grundstück ist ungewöhnlich und zieht sich unterhalb eines Aussichtspunkts am Hang entlang. Deshalb hat man einen unfassbar schönen Blick auf die Burg und die alte Kapelle am Gegenhang. Der Pool ist klein, aber für eine Erfrischung an heißen Tagen für uns völlig ausreichend. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit genügend Geschirr und sogar an Haushaltsrolle und Müllbeutel ist gedacht. Das ist nicht überall so! Das Bad ist sehr schön und geräumig und verfügt über reichlich Platz in der Schränken, was auch für die Küche gilt. Ein weiteres Plus ist, dass man das Auto auf den abgeschlossenen Grundstück sicher parken kann und sogar ein Wendehammer vorhanden ist, bequemer geht‘s nicht! Zum Empfang fanden wir drei Flaschen Wein im Kühlschrank vor. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und einen tollen Urlaub in wundervoller Umgebung!😊👍

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout est réuni : maison très cocooning, charmant jardin et terrain sans vis à vis avec vue à couper ke souffle et coucher de soleil en prime, emplacement idéal car à 10 mn du centre de Vaison la Romaine et 5 mn de la vielle ville, magnifique région à découvrir ou à redécouvrir avec énormément de visites à moins de 30 km ... Nous tenons à rédiger ce commentaire pour remercier la propriétaire,Sophie, de nous avoir proposer ce bien qui est une vraie "perle rare". Une vue à 180 degré sur le chateau et les collines. Un logement entièrement renové avec sa piscine privée. Grande salle de bains , grande chambre avec une décoration très belle. La région regorge également de belles découvertes entres Vaison, le mont ventoux et les villages aux alentours. Enfin, les produits locaux : vins, fraises, huiles terminent de nous conquérir sur la belle région ! A reserver absolument ! Nous y retournerons, c'est sûr !

Un coin d'exception !!!
Après avoir été très chaleureusement accueillis par Sophie nous nous sommes installés en découvrant la vue magnifique sur le château et la campagne environnante depuis la terrasse. La maison est superbe et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Très confortable et fonctionnelle! La piscine au fond du jardin est un petit coin de paradis où l'on profite encore d'une vue exceptionnelle et de la situation sans vis à vis en pleine nature. La proximité à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Vaison et de la ville médiévale est un point positif supplémentaire. Que dire de plus sinon bravo et merci pour l'accueil et toutes les petites attentions. Une adresse à retenir mais que l'on voudrait garder secrète!

Superbe villa pour un séjour en couple
Superbe maison au calme avec une vue imprenable sur le château de Vaison et le massif des Baronnies de Provençales, tout en étant à l'abri des regards grâce à la végétation. La maison a été rénovée récemment avec beaucoup de goût et des équipements de qualité. Le jardin est magnifique et le coin piscine est un peu à l'écart, idéal pour des après-midi farniente. La piscine est petite, mais conforme aux dimensions indiquées dans l'annonce et idéale pour se rafraichir avant de se remettre sur les chaises longues. Les propriétaires sont d'un contact très agréable. Ils habitent dans la ville et sont disponibles si nécessaires. Nous recommandons fortement pour un séjour en couple.
