"The staff could not have been nicer. The breakfast was also very good. The room we had needs to be gutted and redone. The floors creak no matter where you walk. There are obvious signs that the room had a water leak from the bathroom. There was a piece of carpet that had been cut out and replaced and there were water stains in the carpet near the bathroom."

"This is for long term stays. There was no bedding in 2 bedroom unit. We were then provided bedding for 1 bed. We had to ask for towels and when you check out, you are responsible for cleaning the room and taking all laundry to laundry center. No restaurants close to property."

"Le gîte qui m'a été attribué était sale et sentait fort la peinture, je l'ai signalé et on m'a attribué un autre gîte mais j'ai été très déçue car : gîte vieux, moisissures dans la douche, paroie de douche qui se ferme très mal, pas de draps ni de serviettes de bain ni de gel douche et pas de connection wifi. "

"I checked this morning, and the property is still shown as being in Vaison La Romaine, still claims to be a short walk from the sights of Vaison, and the map show this to be the case. However, this is a total LIE. The house is in Saint Maurice sur Eygues, which is more than 15mins from Vaision by Car. The owner was quick to offer us 100 euros (so he obviously knew) but this didn't cover the cost of us staying in Vaison for two nights to spend time with the friends we were supposed to meet there....

"This was a perfect stay for us. The villa is just outside the main town (which was much larger and livelier than we had anticipated, a good choice of supermarkets and an excellent bakery.) Th villa is very private. The pool is great, and having it heated makes a big difference, even though the weather was warm it meant there was never a shock getting in. "The property was clean and tidy, with a lovely outdoor terrace. The pool was a welcome relief from the scorching temperatures, and after a hot day sightseeing it was lovely to take a refreshing dip. The gite is located an easy 10 minute amble into Vaison - a bustling market town with all the facilities one could need. There are some quirks - there is only one loo, which is downstairs whilst the shower room is upstairs. There is also no wash hand basin in the loo. Also, the VRBO listing states...
