"Overall, our stay was wonderful. The castle was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. However, there was definitely a lack of communication with the property manager. I had reached out months in advance (and multiple times) to request arriving one day later and also messaged to ask about information on the train system to actually get to the castle, with no response. "Wir waren zwei Nächte in diesem Appartement. Check-In war absolut problemlos, das Appartement macht einen tollen Eindruck und der Ausblick über den Genfersee ist atemberaubend. Von aussen eine Burg aus dem Mittelalter, innen ein gut eingerichtetes Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern. In der Wohnküche steht ein riesiger Fernseher und auch sonst ist alles da was man braucht. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Toller Aufenthalt. Kommen gerne wieder mal zurück."

"The chalet is beautiful, clean and modern! The location is remote with a gorgeous view! In the summer You can walk 20 min to the Relais, a great place for kids, playground, animals, restaurant and a view . The only thing missing is an outdoor terrace in the summer. There are plenty of balcony but a deck with a hot tub would make it perfect! The number of rooms and bathrooms make it perfect for family reunions. We had some unfortunate issues due to the weather during our stay but communication...

"Our family of 4 loved our stay in the quaint Les Balcons du Savoy! Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The view of the surrounding Alps is spectacular! The property is an easy walk to the main street of Chamonix (lots of restaurants and shopping) as well as a short bus ride to the gondola for skiing. Thank you for a fabulous stay!"
