"I wish the property had more communication and customer service. We been staying there several times abd we also tried to extend our stay nobody responded to our phone calls. The website phone number belongs to a different management company that no longer services the property. The balcony was dirty with the cigarette butts outside. The room was in excellent condition and we truly enjoyed the property amenities. We like suites sur lac and been there 5 years in a row. I hope new management will be able to keep up with the customer service. "
