"Great location by the Canal du Midi, which has a cycle route alongside. We cycled in both directions, and another day took the bikes by car to cycle further away. Also good access to Carcassonne and supermarkets by car. Comfortable gite, looks just like the photos. Enough kitchen equipment and a three-ring induction hob for eating in. Good-sized fridge and freezer. Despite being quite windy during our stay we still managed to use the table tennis table and the pool. Quiet and relaxing place to...

"House was beautifully well equipped, immaculately clean and tidy. It’s in an excellent location only 15 minutes from Carcassonne but with absolute peace and quiet. Local pool in the Village was great in the heat. The local butcher carries bread, pastries, preserves and lovely wine, not forgetting meat. Laurence was wonderful with ideas of where to visit, and was available for anything we needed but otherwise very discreet."

"Passolis Terra was an ideal place to stay in the Corbiers to explore all the beautiful sights. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday with friendly advice from Philippe and Corinne and not forgetting their 2 gorgeous boxer dogs. Downside being without an alarm you could sleep right through the morning as it is so peacefull! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can not recommend enough "

"The house is beautiful and very much lives up to expectations. I do not know exactly how old it is, but every beam and wall whispers history. Extremely comfortable with all the things you could possibly want provided. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and the locations is quiet, but accessible to shops, attractions and main roads. "Nous avons passé un séjour calme et ressourçant. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous reposer, c’est l’endroit idéal. La localisation proche de Narbonne et Carcassonne est parfaite. Qun est très attentionnée envers ses locataires : Nous avons été accueillis avec des légumes et fruits du jardin ainsi qu’avec une bouteille de vin ! Seul point non mentionné dans l’annonce : il y a également une chambre d’hôte en plus du gîte donc on peut être amené à partager la piscine avec d’autres personnes."

"We stayed 11 nights at the gite. Great for exploring the area around Carcassonne, Albi, Narbonne, etc. Beautiful surroundings, extremely quiet (a must for me) with a nice pool and friendly horses who will occasionally visit you over the fence (carrots are appreciated). The hosts are very pleasant and helpful. The nearest grocery store is about 20 mn away so you do need to plan a bit."

"An excellent choice. Right by the canal, to spend many happy hours just watching the boats go by. There were only two of us, so plenty of room. Very well equipped for a self catering holiday. Bedrooms are huge, as are the beds, which were very comfortable. Shower rooms large and super clean. Welcome pack amazing, and further items during our stay. Thank you Nicole, hope you have a busy season."

"We had a wonderful stay here, the place is centrally located amongst the vineyards. The settings is private and well appointed. We laid out at night on the loungers watching the stars. As it is located in the countryside the night sky was an amazing display of bright stars. Easy drive to Carcassonne or the Mediterranean. The town of la liviniare is close 5min drive with two restaurants. The host was welcoming and helpful on things to do in the region. We enjoyed our stay and would come again."

"I wanted something different than the ordinary. I was struck by the photos and descriptions. Even though a wide angle lens was used, but I knew that. The house was nicely furnished with virtually all one could need in the kitchen. My sister and I are both over 70 and the stairs were a bit challenging as they were steep. The WC is on the bottom floor only so keep that in mind if you have any mobility issues. But that is very clear in the information. Our hostess was very kind and available!!...

"In a fabulous location, right next to the walled town. Accommodation basic but had everything you needed for a short stay. We were able to borrow a kettle and use the laundry facilities. Cooking facilities not very good and reception closed between 12 and 3 so no check in during these times. Reception staff helpful but limited language. Parking available at extra cost."
