"We had a lovely stay, the apartment was great, very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the balcony. Thomas was very accommodating and allowed us in the apartment before the normal check in which was very must appreciated after an early start. However a couple of days after we left we had a nasty shock when Thomas told us he was deducting a quarter of our deposit to clean a rug and for a complete set of expensive cutlery. "You can’t get any closer to the beautiful cathedral than this hotel. The cathedral is next door doggie left and a pedestrian street with lovely shops is on your right. Anything you want to see and do in this beautiful town is very near to this hotel. Best hotel in all of Rouen for location, great staff who are there 24 hrs to answer any question. Staff arranged great driver with big car to transport me to CDG airport at a reasonable rate. Fabulous hotel "

Perfect stopover hotel for our family

"We had an excellent one-night stay at this hotel, which was perfect for our young family. The rooms were comfortable and the communal area downstairs was full of games and space to hang out over dinner (we ordered Deliveroo to the lobby). The breakfast buffet was a delicious mix of pastries, pancakes, fresh fruit and cold meats/cheese. Cost extra but free for under 6s. Bookmarking for future stop offs. "
