Gite Avec Piscine Intérieure Chauffée et Billard , Idéal Amoureux de la Nature!

"The gîte was extremely spacious and was ideal for our large family group of 7 adults and 6 children. The children especially loved the swimming pool as it was hard to keep them out of it. It was nice for the children to see the cattle, pigs and piglets and they enjoyed feeding them too! Having stayed at Le Jouteau the previous year we were looking forward to explore more of this delightful area of France - unfortunately it was too hot to go exploring - the pool won!Our hosts, Vinciane and her husband, were extremely helpful when we had some minor issues which were quickly résolved - many thanks. We also enjoyed some of their farm’s beef steaks - very tasty - and we brought some home too!). The gîte was easily accessible and we found some time to explore Le Mans using the brilliant Park and Ride tram service - which was helpful as I had some mobility issues so the tram helped enormously to get around. We definitely need to explore Le Mans some more! Another time perhaps."

"Nice place for an overnight stopover. Breakfast seemed expensive. Street parking free overnight but not particularly convenient and you had to subscribe to a parking app to log the parking session"

"At first there was a bit of a mixup regarding accommodation but the owner went out of her way to rectify the situation & was more than helpful. Had a very nice meal at a local restaurant Contine. The breakfast which was included was very good with home made preserves etc. Parking on the street wasn't a problem at all. Would recommend staying in this beautiful historic small chateau. Thank you."
