"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didn’t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another...

"part du principe que tout le monde connais SA procédure qu'elle ne décrit pas . Ne dit pas qu'elle n'est pas dans le logement ni dans la ville , ne dit pas qu'il faut la contacter à l'arrivée etc..... mauvais accueil même si le logement est correct pour le prix."
