"Das Haus ist groß, aber etwas ungemütlich eingerichtet. Großer Tisch, dafür aber nur ein zweier Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Die zwei Doppelbetten waren gut, aber könnten etwas größer sein. Sehr altes Haus, Heizung wie Leitungen und Toiletten benötigen dringend eine Generalsanierung. Auch das restliche Haus könnte etwas renoviert bzw. Einiges erneuert werden. "Stayed at Nico’s house for 5 nights. Chose the house for its quirkiness and the view of lake Garda from one of the bedrooms/studio was wonderful. House well equipped and lovely shower. Would say that property not suitable for young children or anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs. "We had the best time! The property was extremely well maintained! The villa is beautiful and CLEAN! Well appointed and the towels were wonderfully large! "Das Haus ist ein 200 Jahre altes Kleinod. Der Blick vom Balkon über den Gardasee und in die Berge spektakulär. Die Lage sehr ruhig. Trotzdem nur 10 Minuten von der nächste Badestelle am See entfernt. Gut zu Fuß sollten die Gäste aber sein. Es geht steil bergab / bergauf. Das nächste und wirklich gute Restaurant ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung und das Bad entsprechen nicht einem Neubauzustand. The room spacious and clean, and to me a very comfortable bed, the bathroom is large and clean, though for the size the shower could have been a little bigger, the balcony had a lovely view over the garden and across the lake.
