The accommodation shares the property with two other gîtes as well as the owners on a small wooded property offering a peaceful setting and far from all noise pollution, an ideal place to recharge your batteries.

The swimming pool is a relaxation area shared with other holidaymakers.
This space is fenced, secured by a locked gate.

In order for everyone to enjoy this haven of peace, to guarantee the comfort and tranquility of all our holidaymakers, gatherings, parties, or events, music, heckling, are forbidden on the property. The space is shared with two other cottages.

We will intervene during the stay if this is not respected, we also reside on the property.


Regarding "The Villa" it has an area of 113 M2, consists of three pleasant bedrooms, a spacious bathroom.
An equipped kitchen.
A living room, a dining room.
You have a large covered terrace.

The heating and air conditioning are centralized, the accommodation does not have individual remote control.

Sheets, towels, bath mats are at your disposal in the accommodation, the beds are made by you when you enter the accommodation.

Non-booking people not allowed on the property.

No possibility of charging electric vehicles inside and outside the accommodation.
It is forbidden to enter the accommodation by bicycles, scooters or motorized vehicles, roof box, gallery.
Do not move furniture already in place in the house, as this will damage it and the walls.

Smoking is forbidden inside the accommodation, but only on the terrace, and cigarette butts are not allowed in the ashtray provided for this purpose, under no circumstances on the ground.

Do not obstruct doors and windows.
