"Our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers loved our time at Octavio’s place. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Metro and about a 20 minute ride into the center of Madrid. However, we LOVED this little neighborhood. Lots of restaurants, grocery, post office, stores and pharmacies. Everything you need! "I found the property to be very clean and comfortable. The property owner kept in touch throughout my time always making sure that everything was OK. Owner also provided information about nearby restaurants and supermarkets. It was very easy to check in and check out. The location of the property was near everything that we were interested in checking out i.e. downtown Madrid, and the outlying cities of Toledo, Segovia, Avila, etc.."
