"Clean, modern, convenient affordable property. Near metro, just a few stops from downtown, and not far from Chamartin, which I sought to be close to for an early train. It's on a side street, so quiet and restful. Rooms are a bit small - but as expected from photos and for a budget hotel in Madrid. Staff was very friendly and let me check in early after an exhausting long flight to Europe. There was also a shared kitchen one could access. Walkable to places to eat, shop and bank. Recommend this place for a convenient, easy Madrid stopover."

"Staff were good. Location is excellent if you dont mind walking a bit to most tourist spots like plaza mayor, the palace, the cathedral, etc Room was not that good. They gave us room thwt was like in the middle. The window. Was small and open to just hole in the middle of the building. The air in the room never feel fresh. Maybe other rooms can be better but our room was definitely not good. "

"The hotel was as expected for the price. Fair quality and clean. Staff in the breakfast area was very rude on multiple occasions. As a hotel guest and then paying $17 for the breakfast buffet, I felt very unwelcome and almost an inconvenience just for being there. Front desk staff was friendly. "

"Breakfast was not included. No water or coffee in the reception area. AC did not keep room cool. I large 2'x2' concrete column in the room, making it difficult to maneuver around. ONLY 1 soap which was mostly empty container."
